\(p,q\) are two integers, and the two roots of the equation in \(x\) \[x^2-\frac{p^2+11}{9}{x}+\frac{15}{4}{(p+q)}+16=0\] are \(p\) and \(q\) also. Find the values of \(p\) and \(q.\)
